Scottish Widows recently announced they will be leaving their Dalkeith Road office. Staff will be re-located to other Scottish Widows offices in the city.
The A-Listed building, designed by Sir Basil Spence, has been home to Scottish Widows since 1976.
Some local residents have expressed an interest in starting a conversation about the future for the building and the site.
